Seagull-49405 is a polyimide high-temperature tape made from PI film with a silicone pressure‑sensitive adhesive, available in 50µm, 75µm and 100µm thicknesses; it delivers long-term heat resistance to 200°C and short-term resistance up to 260°C (30 minutes) and peels clean without residue. Ideal for PCB solder masking, wave soldering, lithium‑battery and power‑bank production, plating and high‑temperature coating, it offers strong adhesion, excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance, and helps protect electronics from heat and humidity-related damage.
