The right way to use foam tape

  As based on EVA or PE foam coating on both sides/single side with solvent acrylic adhesive/hot melt adhesive and with colored release paper/film. Foam tape can be used to sealing and avoid shake, and it is widely used in electrical products, mechanical parts, all kinds of small household appliances, mobile phone accessories, industrial instruments, computers and peripheral equipment, auto parts, audio-visual equipment, toys, cosmetics and so on.

Some customers mentioned that foam tapes are not sticky enough, but some of problems are caused by improper use. Now we will give some advises on how to use the foam tapes: 

1. The surface to be applied must be kept clean and dry during use. It can be scrubbed with alcohol or water. After cleaning, the surface should be dry and then foam taped.

2.  The product must be pressed hard after being applied. The ambient temperature should not be lower than 10°C and you can use hair dryer to heats the foam adhesive tape appropriately . 

3. The pressure-sensitive foam adhesive tape exerts the best effect after being pasted for 24 hours. So you should hang the item like photo frame after the tape have been sticky for 24 hours.
